Using this website
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity authorised through your account. Automated scraping, interference, fraud, impersonation, malicious code and attempts to bypass limits or security are prohibited.
Products and fragrance experience
We take care to describe products, volume, concentration and presentation accurately. Screen colour, packaging revisions and natural perception of fragrance can vary. Notes describe the intended olfactory character and are not a guarantee that every wearer will perceive the composition identically.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include or identify applicable taxes as stated at checkout. The final order summary governs the payable amount after eligible discounts, shipping and other disclosed charges. Payment authorisation does not by itself guarantee acceptance where verification, stock or fraud checks fail.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when the system confirms it for fulfilment, subject to stock, payment verification, delivery serviceability and lawful sale. We may cancel or limit an order for genuine pricing or listing error, unavailable stock, suspected misuse, failed verification or inability to deliver, and will communicate the outcome and applicable refund.
Promotions and coupons
A promotion applies only during its stated period and subject to its eligibility, minimum value, product, customer and usage limits. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred or applied retrospectively. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds form part of these terms. Courier dates are estimates. Ownership and risk are handled according to applicable law and the verified delivery record. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property and content
The Saffron Silk name, marks, designs, photographs, copy and website materials are protected and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. A review or other content you submit must be truthful, lawful and yours to share; you grant us permission to display and moderate it for the store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by matters outside reasonable control. Any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and publish the revised version. Orders remain governed by the terms and disclosures applicable when placed, except where law requires otherwise.
