Order processing
After payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery verification, each order is quality checked and packed for transit. Dispatch estimates are shown separately from courier delivery estimates. During launches, holidays or exceptional demand, preparation can take longer; any material delay is communicated using the contact details supplied with the order.
Service area and charges
Availability, courier options, estimated delivery dates and any shipping charge are calculated for the delivery postcode at checkout. Offers such as complimentary shipping apply only where shown in the final order summary.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as a courier label is created, the order receives a tracking number. Use Track Order or your account order page to view it. The Track shipment button opens the carrier tracking page with the number already entered. A newly created label may take several hours to show its first scan.
Delivery attempts
Keep the registered phone available and ensure an authorised person can receive the parcel. Couriers may make more than one attempt according to their service rules. Refused, repeatedly unavailable or incomplete-address deliveries may be returned to origin; any re-shipping charge or refund adjustment will be explained before action is taken.
Address changes
Contact support immediately if an address is wrong. Once packed, labelled or collected, rerouting may not be possible. Saffron Silk cannot guarantee a change requested after fulfilment has begun.
Damage, tampering or loss
Do not accept a visibly opened or severely damaged parcel where refusal is reasonably possible. Otherwise record an unboxing video and photograph the outer label, packaging and product, then contact support promptly. We will investigate with the courier and offer the remedy applicable to the verified issue.
Delays outside our control
Weather, transport disruption, public holidays, regulatory checks, remote-area routing and carrier capacity can affect estimates. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, but our team will help trace a delayed shipment.

For delivery help, use the Contact page and include your order number. Never share an OTP, card PIN or account password with a courier or anyone claiming to assist with delivery.
